This policy exists to protect the unique and original works of the creators with whom we collaborate, as well as to safeguard related rights.

We have received numerous submissions from individuals in the past, and while we are grateful for the enthusiasm, we kindly ask that you refrain from submitting or inquiring about any ideas or creations of your own.

Should you nevertheless submit any proposals, materials, or other ideas or information (collectively referred to as “Information”), whether past, present, or future, please be advised that all such Information will become the sole property of Spiralcute, Inc., and you irrevocably transfer and assign all worldwide rights, ownership, title, and interest, including but not limited to all interest in any copyrights, moral rights, and other intellectual property rights to Spiralcute, Inc. We shall bear no obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Information, and we accept no liability should we create or disclose content that is identical or similar to it. Furthermore, we shall retain all rights to such Information and may use it freely and without restriction for any purpose, including commercial use, without informing you or providing compensation to you or whoever provides or submits the Information.

To Parents and Legal Guardians: if your child is under the age of 18, it is your responsibility to explain these restrictions and requirements to them because these restrictions will apply to all submissions. The assignment and transfer of such rights will arise and occur through you, as the parent or legal guardian.
